All quotes are valid for 30 calendar days unless otherwise stated. Fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclusive of GST unless otherwise noted. GST is applied in accordance with the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).
All intellectual property rights in the content of the Site — including text, graphics, logos, methodologies, and software — are owned by or licensed to Bauma-Tech. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property other than as permitted herein.
In respect of engineering deliverables (drawings, calculations, reports, models) produced for a Client, ownership and licence rights will be governed by the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, Bauma-Tech retains the right to use generalised knowledge and experience gained through any engagement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
